E-learning is charaterized by staring at a screen all day. Bluelight emitted by screens causes damage to your eyes bit by bit, and can cause headaches, dizzyness, and can even make you sleep worse. What makes it even worse is that many of this generation's students have hobbies on the computer. The perfect solution: none. But here's a few tips that can help to lessen the negative effects.
One of the most common tech problems people have is with their Microphones or their audio in general with WebEx.
